Seventh: The applicant must have good morals and not have been subject to any criminal, economic or political ruling.
Eighth: He must be a responsible person who respects the regulations and laws in force in Turkey, and does not pose a threat to national security in Turkey.
Buying bonds and obtaining Turkish citizenship:
The foreign investor has the right to obtain Turkish citizenship, if he purchases government bonds represented in bank deposits, with a value of not less than 500,000 US dollars.
